At Indian Motley, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers worldwide. This Payment & Pricing Policy outlines the accepted payment methods, pricing structure, and related processes.
1. Payment Methods
We use RazorPay Payment Gateway to enable secure transactions in both domestic and internationally accepted currencies. The following payment methods are supported:
Domestic Payments (India)
- Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and RuPay.
- Debit Cards: Most major bank-issued cards.
- Net Banking: Enabled for over 50 major Indian banks.
- UPI Payments: Including GPay, PhonePe, and BHIM.
- Wallets: Amazon Pay, Paytm, and other leading digital wallets.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select PIN codes within India. COD orders are limited to ₹50,000 per transaction.
International Payments
- Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express (International).
- PayPal: Accepted for global transactions.
- Other Payment Options: Bank transfers and internationally approved digital wallets.
Note: Payments will be processed in internationally accepted currencies such as USD, GBP, EUR, or others as per the customer’s preference and the currency conversion rates applicable on the day of the transaction.
2. Pricing
Currency and Conversion
- Prices displayed on the Platform for international customers are shown in USD or other available international currencies, with an option to view approximate pricing in the local currency using a currency converter. The final payment amount will be processed in the billing currency of the customer’s payment method, as per the conversion rate applied by their card provider or bank.
Taxes and Duties
- Prices listed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes (e.g., GST) for domestic purchases.
- For international customers, additional import duties, customs fees, and taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country’s regulations and will not be included in the product price displayed on the Platform.
Pricing Accuracy
We strive to ensure all listed prices are accurate. In case of a pricing error:
- If the correct price is lower than the listed price, the lower price will be charged.
- If the correct price is higher, we will notify you before shipping the product or cancel the order and refund the amount.
3. Payment Security
Your online transaction is secure with the highest levels of encryption and security protocols. RazorPay Payment Gateway uses SSL encryption and 3D Secure authentication for processing payments. We do not store your card details on our servers.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds
- Refunds for domestic and international transactions will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be credited as Indian Motley Credits for future purchases.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Any payments made will be refunded in full.
5. Disputes and Chargebacks
In the unlikely event of a dispute or chargeback, customers must contact Indian Motley Customer Support with transaction details. Disputes will be resolved as per the policies of our payment gateway provider, RazorPay.
