1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days from our warehouses. Orders placed during holidays or weekends may experience slight delays.
- If your order involves custom or handmade items, additional processing time may apply. We will notify you via email if delays occur.
Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-metropolitan areas.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping for orders above ₹1000.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies for orders below ₹1000.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for select PIN codes. Check availability at checkout.
- Maximum COD limit: ₹10,000.
Serviceable Areas
- We deliver to most PIN codes across India. Enter your PIN code at checkout to confirm serviceability.
2. International Shipping (Outside India)

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping for orders above USD 150.
- A flat shipping fee of USD 20 applies for orders below USD 150.
Customs & Import Duties
- Import duties and taxes may be levied once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the buyer’s responsibility.
- For your convenience, our logistics partners may clear customs on your behalf and bill you for any duties or taxes at the time of delivery.
3. Tracking Your Order

4. Delivery Policies
Missed Deliveries
- For undelivered orders, our delivery partners will attempt re-delivery. After three failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
Partial Deliveries
- For multi-item orders, items may be shipped separately to expedite delivery. You will be notified for each shipment.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Domestic:

International:
